Create Scene

To create a new scene in the nomos system Controller, follow these steps:

1. Name: Enter the desired name for the scene.
2. Status: Right under the name you set whether and where the scene is available:
   • Enabled: The scene is switched on.
   • HAP Enabled: The scene is passed to Apple HomeKit. This option only appears when the HAP (Apple HomeKit) skill is active.
   • Do not show in apps: The scene is not shown as a scene button in the apps.
3. Icon: Clicking the field opens the icon picker. The icon appears on the scene button in the app.
4. Add your first Action: Add the desired devices, functions, or states to the scene. The editor is the same as for automations, see Define Actions; scenes have no negative actions.
5. Select Platform: Use the dropdown menu to select the platform on which the action should be executed.
6. Available Devices: A list of available devices will be displayed, which can be used in the action. In this example, various blinds, lamps, thermostats, and sockets are listed.
7. Multiple Selection: Clicking an entry adds it and closes the window. With Multiple Selection enabled, the window stays open so you can add several actions in a row.

After selecting the desired devices or actions, click Save in the bar at the top. The bar shows the scene's name on the left and Cancel and Save on the right; when editing an existing scene also Delete, set apart before Cancel.
