The nomos system app for Apple Watch shows the scenes of your Controllers. Tap a scene to run it. Favorites only hides everything except your favorite scenes.

The watch gets its data from the iPhone. If No nomos system Controller available. appears, open the app on the iPhone and pull the list on the watch down to sync again.
