# Configuratie

Hier kunnen gebruikers back-ups maken, configuraties herstellen en gegevens resetten.

**Functies:**

* **Backup maken van configuratie:**
  * U kunt een actuele back-up van uw configuratie maken.
* **Configuratie herstellen:**
  * Met de knop "Bladeren" kunt u een eerder gemaakte configuratiebestand selecteren en herstellen.
* **Gegevens resetten:**
  * Er zijn drie opties om te resetten:
    * **Reset gegevens:** Dit zet bepaalde gegevens terug naar de fabrieksinstellingen.
    * **Reset alle gegevens en instellingen:** Dit verwijdert alle gegevens en herstelt de fabrieksinstelling van het systeem.
    * **Cloud-instellingen resetten:** Dit zet de instellingen voor clouddiensten terug.
* **Inrichting voor nieuwe gebruikers:**
  * Hier kan een document voor de gebruikersinrichting worden gedownload of per e-mail worden verzonden, dat de nieuwe gebruiker helpt bij de eerste configuratie van het systeem.

**Opmerking:**

Het maken van een back-up en het herstellen van de configuratie is bijzonder belangrijk om een gemakkelijke herstelmogelijkheid te bieden na aanpassingen of bij problemen. Houd er echter rekening mee dat het resetten van gegevens de volledige systeemstatus terug kan zetten naar de fabrieksinstellingen.
